| dc.description | Nigeria hosted the AfCFTA National Forum on the Efficient Implementation of the FTACA for Industrialization and Inclusive Economic Development from 5-6 December 2019 at the Radisson Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos. The AfCFTA entered into force on May 30, 2019, having been ratified by the required 22 countries. Currently, 54 countries have signed, and 27 countries have ratified. This Forum is part of a comprehensive project aimed at deepening Africa's commercial integration by effectively implementing the AfCFTA.
