dc.description	The second meeting of the Transformation Leadership Panel (TLP) was held on 27 February 2020 in Addis Ababa and is an initiative of the African Center for Economic Transformation (ACET) to develop a coordinated approach to addressing Africa’s urgent economic challenges. ECA hosted the meeting. Executive Secretary Vera Songwe is a member of the TLP.
