| dc.description | The tenth Session of the Africa Regional Forum on Sustainable Development was held on 23-25 April 2024 at the UN Conference Center, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in a hybrid format to allow in-person and virtual participation. The theme was Reinforcing the 2030 agenda for sustainable development and agenda 2063: the Africa we want, of the African Union and eradicating poverty in times of multiple crises- the effective delivery of sustainable resilient, innovative solutions. The Forum was organized by the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) in collaboration with the African Union Commission, the African Development Bank, and the United Nations system organizations. Side events and pre-events took place during the forum. A knowledge fair event organized by KMSS. One example of their knowledge sharing was called the Knowledge and Innovation Exchange (KIX), K-I-X-10 Africa. they cover 19 countries in Africa, and we have another consortium covering 21 francophone countries because we cover the Anglophone and Mozambique, and this is funded by the Global Partnership for Education. | en |
