| dc.description | The tenth Session of the Africa Regional Forum on Sustainable Development was held on 23-25 April 2024 at the UN Conference Center, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in a hybrid format to allow both ways in-person and virtual participation. The theme was Reinforcing the 2030 agenda for sustainable development and agenda 2063: the Africa we want, of the African Union and eradicating poverty in times of multiple crises the effective delivery of sustainable resilient, and innovative solutions. The Forum was organized by the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) in collaboration with the African Union Commission, the African Development Bank, and the United Nations system organizations. Side events and pre-events took place during the forum. David Abudho, Regional Climate, Justice, Advocacy, and Campaigns Advisor, Oxfam Africa discussed that knowledge management is vital for us at Oxfam. We take great pride in producing tailored knowledge products to address the needs of various communities, from local to regional levels. Our knowledge products focus on regional issues such as poverty, injustice, and inequality. At a global level, we also produce influential reports, including the Global Inequality Report, which contributes to the discussions at Davos, Switzerland. | en |
