This episode is hosted by the Chief of Staff (Sweta Saxena) and she is joined by Mahamadou Nassirou Ba, President of the ECA Staff Union. The fifth episode of the Social Dialogue Series took place at the ECA on Wednesday, September 20th, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Limpopo Library KMSS Lecture Room Addis Ababa. Episode five was themed ‘My tenure as Staff Union President’ and will also feature Gideon Rutaremwa and Nozipho Freya Simelane as discussants. The President of the ECA Staff Union discussed that there are so many issues that cut across the whole UN family and decisions are made. That's where the International Civil Servant Commission comes from.
