| dc.description | The APPRM is a quarterly evaluation process that assesses the progress of the ECA's sub-programs and divisions in relation to their planned outcomes and targeted benchmarks. It enables the ECA to assess its progress toward achieving its desired outcomes and to spot any deviations from the yearly business plan. The APPRM allows the ECA to make mid-course adjustments and confirm that it is on track to meet its strategic goals. She said, “I’m so happy and proud to say that of the 28 national CFTA strategies formulated with the technical support and financial support of ECA, 11 were done in West Africa, our office has supported 11 countries to formulate and validate the national development plan that is 39.28 percent of the whole CFTA.” | en |
