dc.descriptionPressing ahead with efforts to provide knowledge for better responses to sustainability challenges in Ethiopia, the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), on 8 November, delivered thousands of books to Wollega University. Encompassing everything from health(SDG3) to gender equality (SDG5) and education(SDG4), the books donated will contribute to the knowledge needed to fight poverty in all its forms, SDG1 reduce inequalities, SDG10 and tackle climate change SDG13 Led by ECA’s Chief of Knowledge Management Service Section, Ms. Irene Onyancha, the donation echoes UNECA’s compelling vision and mission of delivering ideas and actions for an empowered, inclusive, and transformed Africa through the offering and access to top-notch knowledge needed to build resilience.en
