| dc.description | The Meeting of the Committees of Experts of the Conference of African Ministers (COM 2015) was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 25 to 27 March 2015. The opening session was chaired by the chair of the outgoing bureau of the committee of experts. Opening statements were made by Dr. Abraham Nwankwo, Director General of the Debt Management Office, Federal Ministry of Finance of Nigeria, and Chair of the outgoing Bureau of the Committee of Experts; Dr. Anthony Mothae Maruping, Commissioner for Economic Affairs, African Union Commission (AUC); Mr. Abdalla Hamdok, Deputy Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA); Dr. Abraham Tekeste, State Minister for Finance and Economic Development, Ethiopia.
General Discussions were held in the afternoon on the opening date of the conference, the sessions on the Intergovernmental negotiation process on the post-2015 development agenda, Data Revolution, and Assessment of progress on regional integration in Africa.
