The Seventh African Development Forum: Thematic Cluster Session on Climate Change, Food Security and Economic Development
| dc.description | The seventh African Development Forum (ADF VII) was held in Addis Ababa at the united nations conference center from October 10-15th, 2010, under the theme of “Acting on climate change for Sustainable development in Africa.” The African Union, the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, and the African Development Bank organized the meeting. The meeting was attended by all stakeholders from across the African continent governments, civil society, the private sector, and the U.N. Agencies. Parallel focus break-out sessions were held during the African development forum, and one of the thematic cluster sessions was on climate change, food security, and economic development, and it was chaired by H.E.
