| dc.description | The seventh African Development Forum (ADF VII) was held in Addis Ababa at the united nations conference center from October 10-15th, 2010, under the theme of “Acting on climate change for Sustainable development in Africa.” The African Union, the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, and the African development bank organized the meeting. The meeting was attended by all stakeholders from across the African continent governments, civil society, the private sector, and the U.N. Agencies. Plenary session on Africa and the International Climate Change Negotiations: Africa’s Concerns and Expectations for a post-2012 international climate change regime was held at the seventh African Development Forum (ADF VII). The session was chaired by: H.E. Ms. Tumusiime Rhoda Peace, Commissioner of Rural Economy and Agriculture, AUC, and the panelists were:-H.E. Prof. Tiemoko Sangare, Minister of Environment and Sanitation and Chair of AMCEN, Mali H.E. Mr. José E.B. Endundo, Minster of Environment, Nature Conservation and Tourism, Democratic Republic of Congo; D.r Augustin B.
