Press Conference at Second Science with Africa Conference
| dc.description | The second Science with Africa Conference was held from 23rd to 25th June 2010 in Addis Ababa under the theme: ‘’Science, Innovation and Entrepreneurship”. This Conference was organized by the UN Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) and the African Union Commission (AUC) and aimed to explore policies, measures, and mechanisms for promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in areas such as agriculture, ICTs, health, infrastructure, intellectual property, and technology transfer, green science, and climate change. The press conference was held during the Conference, and several initiatives were launched, including the African Technology Development and Transfer Network, African Science to Business Challenge, the African Science Technology and Innovation Fund, and African Science Technology and Innovation Framework. | en |
