Mohammed; UN Women Executive Director, Dr. Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka among other Ethiopian women leaders across generations and high-level dignitaries from the AU and UN systems. According to Betelhem, "one study shows that most technology companies founded or co-founded by women are more likely to succeed."en
