dc.descriptionThe African Media Initiative's 6th African Media Leaders' Forum started November 6 in Addis Ababa under the theme: "The African Media in the last 50 years and the future." The agenda of the Forum has included a public debate on November 6 and a Heads of State round table on November 8. The aim was to provide media leaders with a unique opportunity to engage participating Heads of State in a stimulating discussion on pertinent media issues and African governments' role in expanding the media.en
