| dc.description | The Africa Ministerial Pre-Consultative Meeting on the Commission on the Status of Women Sixty-First (CSW 61st) was held on 26th-27th January 2017 to prepare the annual event, which will take place in New York next month. In partnership with the African Union Commission, made a pre-consultative meeting at the UNECA HQ in Addis Ababa. The event was organized under the theme “Women’s Economic Empowerment in the Changing World.”
While making her closing remarks, H.E.
