Opening of the SSS ECA Physical Fitness Centre

dc.description	On Thursday, 26 September 2019, Chief of Security and Safety Service, Mr. Michael Mc Nulty, opened the SSS physical fitness center. He appreciated the effort of the Staff Union, FMS, and procurement towards the actualization of the project. He reminded officers that the fitness center would promote team spirit, good health and make them more fit for the job. The fitness center, designed to serve the specific job-demand need of security officers, is equipped with nine exercise stations intended to help security officers maintain muscle hypertrophy and body flexibility by frequenting basic isometric, concentric and eccentric exercises. The nine stations comprised Sand Bag station, Passive-hung/neutral grip station, Weight lifting and bench-press station, Pull-ups/dip station, Captains Chair, Australian pull-ups bar, Parallel bars station, Calisthenics workout stations, and Multi-station machine.	en
