| dc.description | The Africa Regional Integration Index report was launched on 2 April 2016, at the united nation economic commission for Africa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The index is intended both as a monitoring and Evaluation tool and a dashboard for policy makers on regional integration issues.
