In a friendly environment, both authorities coincided on the value of the Cuban cooperation to Africa in nearly 60 years. Mrs. Songwe highlighted the importance of the Cuban contribution during the Ebola crisis in West Africa. She proposed ways to expand the exchanges between Cuba and the ECA.en
